   Umeda Nabieva has economics background and received her MBA from School of Management Studies in Hyderabad Central University (Hyderabad, India) during 2000 – 2002.

   Before joining ISD Consulting team, she has worked about 3 years at Oxfam GB in Tajikistan as Human Resource Officer. In this position she gained significant experience in recruitment and selection; performance management cycle; conducting salary surveys; training needs assessments; development of competency models; designing of people strategy and succession plans. Also, she experienced in HR MS, e-recruitment.

   Umeda has been working with International Trade Center (UNCTAD/WTO) as National Consultant on Quality Management, Food Safety& Supply Chain Management
