Rahmat HAKULOV

Director

The head of the company is Khakulov Rahmat Yusufovich; a specialist with solid experience in governmental and international organizations as well as in private business. He has a PhD in Economics from Moscow Institute of Management. In 1995 Rahmat Khakulov was on an internship program in the USA, studying small and medium enterprise development.

From 1994 to 1996 he was working in the Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan as a Senior Socio-economic Policy Advisor of the President and later as a Secretary of the Intradepartmental Bureau for economic reform, entrepreneurship, and foreign investment under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

From 1996 to 1998 acted as Chief Executive Officer of Coordination Bureau of TACIS Project funded by European Union in the Republic of Tajikistan.

Before founding ISD Consulting Rahmat Khakulov worked as a business consultant and Manager of USAID funded Enterprise Development Project in Central Asia implemented by the PRAGMA Corporation. In this project was responsible for designing strategic development plan of companies and coordination of the work of specialists in marketing, finances, accounting, and regional trade. Rahmat Khakulov has also extensive experience in teaching and training.
